The follow up visit
Well, we went back to the Dr. today for Eliana's follow-up visit. She was weighed again and now weighs 6 lbs 13 oz - she's past her birth weight! She gained 2 oz in 3 days, so I was encouraged by that. You always wonder if your kid is getting enough nourishment. Apparently, she is. Today she didn't scream, cry, or even flinch when she was weighed. No fussing until the Dr. came in. That's an improvement over Monday's visit. She's got a clean bill of health and we go back in 2 months for the first round of immunizations.

I meant to ask you when the follow up visit would be. Think of all the inane conversation this blog thing is saving you.
