This isn't what I had in mind...

I'm stealing this picture from Susan Beth's blog because the computer I normally post our pictures from isn't working right now. (Thus the dearth of Ellie photos lately...) But this isn't what I had in mind when I said I was tired of it raining all the time. The rain was supposed to dry up and the sun was supposed to come out! The rain wasn't supposed to turn into SNOW! It's JUNE! It snowed for hours this morning and it stuck to the ground. A white yard is what we saw when we got up. Of course, Ellie was very excited about the snow and wanted to call Mommom to tell her it was snowing. I, however, am not so excited. I'm ready for sunshine.

This is the coldest start to June in Whatcom County since the 1800s. I blame Al Gore.

like dave said, it's freakin' cold here in wash. state... we're tired of the cold, wind and rain. hopefully we'll BOTH get some sunshine and warm weather soon!

Can we ship you the 90 degree weather we're getting? It comes with a lot of thunderstorms and possible tornadoes but it's hot.
